Meat Beat Manifesto

Meat Beat Manifesto are an English electronic music group formed in Swindon, Wiltshire, in 1987 that combine industrial, techno, breakbeat and sample-based approaches. Their work emphasises dense sampling, dub and hip-hop rhythms and evolved from abrasive industrial and sample-collage techniques in the late 1980s to incorporate dub, breakbeat, live instrumentation and wider electronic production methods, placing them within the development of experimental electronic and dance music.
