William Barton

William Barton is an Australian Indigenous didgeridoo player and composer from Queensland who came to prominence in the early 2000s, working across classical, world and contemporary music. Known for combining traditional Aboriginal didgeridoo techniques with Western classical forms, his work has involved collaborations with orchestras and ensembles and helped bring Indigenous instruments into concert and cross-genre contexts.
