Denny Zeitlin
Denny Zeitlin is an American jazz pianist, composer and clinical psychiatrist from San Francisco who began his recording career in the early 1960s. His music blends post-bop improvisation, modal harmony and free-jazz elements across solo, trio and collaborative projects, and his output has also included film scores and compositions informed by his dual career in medicine.
