Michael Riesman

Michael Riesman is an American composer, conductor and keyboardist based in New York who began his professional career in the 1970s working in contemporary classical and minimalist music. His work emphasises arrangements, conducting and keyboard performances that blend acoustic and electronic textures across concert, recording and film contexts, and he has maintained a long-term collaboration with the composer Philip Glass.
