The Heath Brothers
The Heath Brothers are an American jazz group formed by members of the Heath family in the early 1970s, emerging from the US jazz scene and working within jazz, hard bop and post-bop traditions. Their music blends hard bop, post-bop and soul-jazz influences with arranged ensemble passages and improvisation, and their career emphasised the presence of family-based ensembles in modern jazz.
