Aaron Rosand

Aaron Rosand was an American classical violinist born in Hammond, Indiana, who began his professional career in the mid-20th century after training at the Curtis Institute of Music. Known for a warm, Romantic tone and an affinity for 19th-century repertoire, his long career combined concerto performances, recordings and teaching that influenced violin performance and pedagogy in the United States.
