Pia Tassinari

Pia Tassinari was an Italian operatic soprano who began her career in the early 20th century and specialised in the Italian operatic repertoire. Her roles ranged from lyric to more dramatic parts in works by composers such as Puccini, Verdi and Mozart, and over a lengthy career she performed regularly on the Italian operatic stage and in other European houses.
