Harold Edwin Darke

Harold Edwin Darke was an English composer and organist active from the early 20th century, whose career centred on Anglican church music and choral composition. His music combines late-Romantic harmonies and lyrical melodies in organ and choral works, and his setting of "In the Bleak Midwinter" remains a staple of English choral repertoire.
