Phil Dadson

Phil Dadson is a New Zealand percussionist, composer and sound artist who began his career in the 1970s and is known for founding the percussion ensemble From Scratch and working across experimental and avant-garde music. His practice encompasses handmade percussion instruments, performance, site-specific installations and experimental composition, and he has been active in New Zealand's contemporary music and sound-art scenes through collaborative projects and solo work.
