John Psathas
John Psathas is a New Zealand composer from Wellington who began his career in the 1990s and works primarily in contemporary classical, instrumental and electronic music. His output blends percussion-driven rhythms, orchestral and electroacoustic textures and draws on Greek heritage and Pacific influences, crossing between concert, film and multimedia contexts.
