Jamie Saft is an American keyboard player and composer from New Jersey who began his professional career in the early 1990s and works mainly in jazz, avant-garde and experimental music. His output spans acoustic piano, Hammond organ, synthesiser and electronics, blending jazz improvisation with elements of rock, dub and soundtrack composition and shifting between improvised ensembles and studio-based projects that explore both traditional forms and experimental textures.
