Ginger Baker Trio
Ginger Baker Trio were a British jazz-rock trio formed in the early 1990s as a project that brought together rock, jazz and world-music influences. Their sound emphasised percussion-driven improvisation, melding Afrobeat, jazz fusion and rock rhythms and representing a continuation of the band's links to earlier rock and jazz-fusion work and to African rhythmic traditions.
