Lil Wyte is an American rapper from Memphis, Tennessee, who began releasing music in the early 2000s and is associated with Southern hip hop, crunk and gangsta rap. His style combines rapid-fire delivery and dark, lo-fi production rooted in the Memphis sound, with lyrics often focused on street life and substance use, and he has incorporated more melodic and autobiographical elements over the course of his career within the Southern underground hip hop scene.
