Ivan Semyonovich Kozlovsky

Иван Козловский was a Ukrainian-born Soviet lyric tenor who began his operatic career in the 1920s and served as a principal artist at the Bolshoi Theatre, performing opera and Russian romance repertoire. He specialised in lyric and bel canto roles in the Russian and Italian repertories, made numerous recordings, and later taught, contributing to Soviet musical life and performance practice.
