Igor Levit

Igor Levit is a German classical pianist of Russian birth who began performing publicly as a child and pursued formal studies in Germany, specialising in solo piano repertoire. Known for a wide-ranging repertoire from Baroque to contemporary music, his performances and projects include large-scale recital cycles, advocacy for contemporary composers and active engagement in public discourse and online presentation of concert series.
