Eric Halfvarson

Eric Halfvarson is an American operatic bass-baritone from Chicago who began his professional career in the 1970s and is primarily associated with opera and classical vocal repertoire. He specialises in Germanic repertoire, particularly Wagner and other dramatic roles, and over a long international career has performed both principal and character parts that make use of his low register while participating in revivals of rarely performed operas.
