Trevor Wishart

Trevor Wishart is a British composer of electroacoustic and computer music who began his career in the 1970s and has worked predominantly within experimental electronic and sound-art contexts. His work concentrates on transformations of recorded sound—particularly the human voice—using digital signal processing and algorithmic techniques, evolving to incorporate spatialisation, extended narrative structures and explorations of ecological and sonic environments.
