Joan Jeanrenaud

Joan Jeanrenaud is an American cellist who began her professional career in the late 1970s and is primarily associated with contemporary classical and experimental music. After an extended period of ensemble work she developed a solo practice that incorporates acoustic cello, electronic processing and cross-genre collaborations, exploring modern composition and improvisation.
