Jennifer Ward Clarke is an English cellist who began her career in the mid‑20th century specialising in classical and early music performance. Her work has focused on historically informed performance practice, continuo and chamber repertoire, and she was active in ensembles that explored period instruments and pre‑Romantic repertoire.
