Nikki Iles

Nikki Iles is an English jazz pianist, composer and educator from Derby who began her professional career in the 1980s and has been active on the UK jazz scene. Her work combines modern jazz harmony and lyrical melody with influences from contemporary classical music, and her output has evolved to encompass ensemble writing, arranging and a sustained role in jazz education within Britain.
