Illinois State University Wind Symphony

Illinois State University Wind Symphony is a collegiate wind ensemble based at Illinois State University in Normal, Illinois, formed as the university's principal concert band within the School of Music and specialising in wind and brass repertoire. Its repertoire spans standard wind-band literature, contemporary compositions and orchestral transcriptions, and the ensemble functions as a training and performance outlet within the university's music programme while contributing to the broader collegiate wind-band tradition.
