Quatuor Ébène

Quatuor Ébène are a French string quartet formed in Paris in 1999, emerging from conservatoire training and principally associated with the classical chamber music tradition. They use a crossover approach that blends classical repertoire with jazz, pop and world-music influences, performing arrangements and incorporating improvisation and unconventional programming to reach diverse audiences.
