Bill Stewart
Bill Stewart is an American jazz drummer who began his professional career in the late 1980s and is associated with modern and post-bop jazz. His playing combines rhythmic subtlety, a strong sense of groove and melodic phrasing, blending post-bop complexity with elements of funk and composition-led small-group work that has informed aspects of contemporary jazz drumming.
