Simon H. Fell

Simon H. Fell was an English double bassist and composer who emerged in the 1980s and worked primarily in free improvisation, avant-garde jazz and experimental music. His work blended composed structures with collective improvisation, incorporating influences from contemporary classical music and experimental approaches while he led ensembles and contributed to the UK and European improvised-music community.
