Rodrigo Amado Motion Trio

Rodrigo Amado Motion Trio is a collaborative project formed in the 2010s that pairs a Portuguese saxophonist with a Polish accordion trio, originating from cross-border performances and rooted in free jazz, contemporary improvisation and European avant-garde traditions. Their music emphasises extended techniques, dense textural interplay and a chamber-like approach to improvisation, evolving through live collaborations that bridge jazz and contemporary composition within the European experimental scene.
