Oscar Strasnoy is an Argentine composer, conductor and pianist born in Buenos Aires who established his career in contemporary classical music, working extensively in opera as well as chamber and orchestral composition. His work combines contemporary composition techniques with theatrical and literary influences alongside echoes of Argentine musical traditions, and he has expanded into radio and interdisciplinary projects performed across Europe and Latin America.
