Kungliga Operans Kör are the resident choir of the Royal Swedish Opera in Stockholm, Sweden, tracing their origins to the founding of the Royal Swedish Opera in 1773 and serving as a professional operatic chorus within that institution. They perform a wide operatic and choral repertoire from baroque and classical works to contemporary opera and new commissions, appearing in staged productions, concert programmes and recordings and collaborating regularly with orchestras, composers and other performing‑arts organisations within Sweden's cultural infrastructure.
