Jun Nagao

長生淳 is a Japanese composer who emerged in the late 20th century and works primarily in contemporary classical genres, writing for orchestra, chamber ensembles and wind band. His music blends traditional Japanese elements with modern Western techniques and is characterised by colourful orchestration, inventive textures and a substantial body of works for wind ensemble and chamber forces.
