Orchestre Symphonique de la Monnaie is a Belgian orchestra based at the Théâtre Royal de la Monnaie in Brussels, formed as the resident opera and symphonic ensemble of the theatre. Its repertoire spans operatic and symphonic works as well as contemporary compositions, and it has developed a dual role as both an opera pit orchestra and a concert ensemble within Belgium's cultural scene.
