Noel Mewton-Wood

Noel Mewton-Wood was an Australian classical pianist born in Melbourne in 1922 who began performing as a child prodigy and pursued a concert career in the mid-20th century. His repertoire combined standard Romantic and early 20th-century works with contemporary pieces, and he was active in the British and Australian musical scenes until his death in 1953.
