Helge Lien Trio

Helge Lien Trio are a Norwegian jazz trio formed in the late 1990s in Norway, operating within contemporary and chamber-jazz traditions. Their music emphasises lyrical, piano-led compositions and close group interplay, blending composed material with improvisation and occasional Nordic folk and electronic textures as their sound has evolved.
