Symphony No. 8 in C minor is the eighth symphony by Austrian composer Anton Bruckner, completed in 1887 and revised in 1890. The work is large-scale late-Romantic orchestral writing with dense harmony and expansive formal design, and it is one of the central pieces of Bruckner's mature output and of the late 19th-century symphonic repertoire.
