Art Deco

Art Deco is an album by American jazz trumpeter Don Cherry, released in 1988. Musically, it is characterised by lyrical trumpet lines, acoustic rhythm backing and a focus on mainstream jazz idioms, and it appears in Cherry's later period when he returned to more conventional jazz settings after a long engagement with avant-garde approaches and non-Western music.
