Stellar Regions is a posthumous studio album by American jazz saxophonist John Coltrane, released in 1995. The music is avant-garde jazz with extended tenor saxophone improvisation, modal and free-form harmonic approaches and sparse rhythmic frameworks, and it comes from the exploratory phase Coltrane pursued in 1967.
