Evita is a concept album and rock opera by Andrew Lloyd Webber, released in 1976. The album blends musical theatre structures with rock and pop orchestration to dramatise the life of Eva Perón, and it extended Webber's use of the concept album and rock opera approach within his career and within musical theatre.
