Om

Om is an album by American jazz saxophonist John Coltrane, released in 1968. Recorded during Coltrane's late exploratory period, it captures extended free-jazz and avant-garde approaches characterised by long-form improvisation, dense collective interplay and overt spiritual and non-Western influences, situating the release within his move away from earlier modal forms.
