Sun on Sand is a studio album by American saxophonist Joshua Redman, released in 2019. It blends modern jazz improvisation with chamber ensemble textures, with lyrical tenor and soprano lines set against arranged string parts and acoustic rhythms, and it continued Redman's exploration of integrating jazz saxophone with composed, classically informed settings in his later career.
