Pure Desmond is a studio album by American alto saxophonist Paul Desmond, released in 1975. The album presents a cool, lyrical jazz approach with spare acoustic quartet arrangements and relaxed tempos, and it comes from his later solo career after his time with the Dave Brubeck Quartet.
