Henry V
Album by William Walton & Michael Sheen & Anton Lesser & RTÉ Concert Orchestra & Andrew Penny
Henry V is the film score by English composer William Walton, composed in 1944 for the film of the same name. The music combines sweeping orchestral writing, prominent choral forces and ceremonial brass motifs within a mid-twentieth-century British orchestral idiom, and it occupies a notable place in Walton's career as a major example of his work in film composition.
