Symphony no. 9
Album by Anton Bruckner
Symphony No. 9 is the ninth symphony by Austrian composer Anton Bruckner, left unfinished at his death in 1896. The work is late Romantic in style, with expansive brass chorales, complex counterpoint and dense orchestral textures, and the three completed movements are his final large-scale orchestral statement.
