Symphony No. 9 in E minor, 'From the New World', is a symphony by Czech composer Antonín Dvořák, completed in 1893. It is a late-Romantic orchestral work composed during Dvořák's time in the United States that blends Bohemian folk elements with melodies and rhythms inspired by American music, featuring expansive, lyrical themes and rich orchestration that place it at the centre of his American-period output.
