Symphony No. 3 is the third symphony by Austrian composer Anton Bruckner, the first version of which was completed in 1873. The work is a large-scale late-Romantic symphony featuring expansive orchestration, broad thematic development and Wagnerian influence, and it represents an early step in Bruckner's development toward the more monumental symphonies of his later career.
