Through the Storm is a single by American singer Aretha Franklin, released in 1989. The single blends contemporary R&B and adult contemporary pop with polished late-1980s production characterised by synthesiser textures and prominent ballad vocals, and represents part of Franklin's late-career recordings as she engaged with mainstream pop production styles of that period.
