Tabulatura nova I
Album by Samuel Scheidt & Franz Raml
Tabulatura nova I is a collection of organ music by German composer Samuel Scheidt, published in 1624. The collection is rooted in the North German organ tradition, with chorale-based pieces and polyphonic writing in an early Baroque harmonic language, and it appears in Scheidt's mature period as a source for later North German organ practice.
