Skull Session is a studio album by American jazz saxophonist and arranger Oliver Nelson, released in 1975. The record blends jazz, funk and soul with electric keyboards, brass arrangements and groove-based rhythms, and it arrived late in Nelson's career when he shifted toward electric textures and more commercial orchestration.
