Flötenquartette
Album by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart & Dresdner Kammersolisten
Flötenquartette is a set of flute quartets by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, composed in 1777. These Classical-era chamber works feature lyrical flute writing over a string trio accompaniment, combining graceful melodies, clear textures and elegant interplay, and they form part of Mozart's output of intimate salon repertoire created during his travels in the late 1770s.
