Blue is a studio album by Norwegian guitarist Terje Rypdal and his group The Chasers, released in 1987. It has electric guitar-led compositions that blend jazz improvisation with rock rhythms and synthesiser textures, and it was made as Rypdal moved toward a leaner, band-based sound with The Chasers.
