Cracklin' is a studio album by American jazz drummer Roy Haynes, released in 1963. Rooted in hard bop and post-bop, the album features concise, blues-inflected small-group arrangements that highlight Haynes's crisp, propulsive drumming and interactive interplay with his band, and it occupies a place in his early-1960s output as he moved between bebop traditions and newer modern jazz approaches.
