Jephtha is an oratorio by George Frideric Händel, first performed in 1752. Musically, it exemplifies Händel's late oratorio style, combining dramatic recitative, expressive solo arias and substantial choral writing rooted in the English choral tradition, and it occupies a distinct place as his last oratorio, reflecting the more introspective and contrapuntal tendencies of his late career.
