Preludes

Preludes are two books of solo piano pieces by French composer Claude Debussy, composed in 1910 and 1913. They employ Debussy's impressionistic harmonic language, innovative use of pianistic colour and texture, and concise, evocative forms that represent a mature phase in his output and influenced subsequent 20th-century piano writing.
